Start Menu Overlap

Hello,
I have Objectdock 1.9 installed, running on Windows XP SP3. I am having an issue with the start menu overlapping itself. It occurs whenever I have a tabbed dock with the following settings applied:
- Show dock as a drawer - Checked
- (Tabs always on top) - Unchecked
In other words, I want the dock to be displayed as a drawer, but I do not want the tabs always shown on top.
When these settings are applied, I will click on the Start Menu Launcher button from the dock. I will then move my cursor down to "All Programs," opening the programs menu to the right. Then, I move my cursor over to the programs list. At this point, the dock slides back up (offscreen) and the original start menu comes to the front, overlapping the programs list, so that I cannot click on a number of program titles.
I'm sorry...I know this sounds confusing, but I hope you can make sense of it. This only happens when the dock is used as a drawer, and the tabs are NOT always on top.

Can't help but can confirm this strange behavior when tabs not on top, with tabs on top start menu does works as it should when opening all programs.
