Update of Windowblinds has stopped old style text boxes working.

Hiya,
One of the latest updates in the last few months of windows blinds has rendered window blinds useless to me, and Im missing it loads!!!!
In Office 2000, if I apply the 'do not skin this app' setting to MS Access 2000, multi line text boxes that scroll downwards, only scroll the last line's height worth of text down, and basically makes a big mess of the text.
If I don't have the 'do not skin this app' setting, when I scroll down a multiline text box, I get an out of memory error from the application.
(Obviously it all works fine if I don't have window blinds.)
