On a general basis the mods do more or less agree when reviewing wallpapers.
So to change the 'evaluation', the mods have to be changed

Walls, by definition, are more about personal taste (the artist's, the moderator's, and the user's). That's why most are reviewed by more than one mod and there's more discussion about them (and why they sometimes take longer to go through moderation).
