Discovered an odd wrinkle to this - the menu skins correctly when logged on with my domain profile, not when logged on with the local machine profile.

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT

This issue persists in the 6.20.088 version. Menus/items skin/paint correctly when logged on to a domain, not when logged on to the local machine profile.
