objectdock 1.90, build 536 issues with IE7 Vista

Hi. Newbie to all this.
I am using Windows Vista, SP1
I am having a problem with the free Objectdock. It runs fine and does not seem to affect other programs except IE7 and other downloading software..(i.e. newsgroup type, bittorrent, etc...)
When OD is running, my IE7 will lock up and the only way to have IE7 work is to shut down OD.
I have check around the forum for a fix, but has not been successful.
I have tried the clearing of cache - http://corkyo.wincustomize.com/Articles.aspx?AID=82461
I have tried to remove, re-installed OD
I have tried to disable features under the troubleshooting tabs, including shutting down all docklets, etc...
But I am still having a problem. Any help would be great.
