How do I backup my Object Dock?

Is there a way to proper backup my dock, including settings and images? I have two of them: a tabbed dock and a regular, and I'm about to format my computer but I don't want to lose my settings.

Use SDC/Impulse to archive it, and then when you reinstall you can restore the archive.
