using and downloading skins

hi. i have a very annoying problem with the skins. i download the skins, then i dont have a clue what to do. i copy and paste the skin folder into the library but then i dont know how to actually use them. please reply as soon as.

Doh.. dint catch it was in the OD section. LOL well NM the WB stuff then

Also if you have WB installed you should just be able to click on the WB file and it will auto install. a baloon popup will appear in the systray when installed.. if you click on the baloon it will auto apply the new skin.. as well as the regular way to acess the skins detailed in the tutorial..
