TRUE STORY ...
A few days ago , I was having some probs with Windows Defender and scoured the MS Website for an answer .. and I found the MS Online tech support service ... 
I got an especially helpful reply to the question I asked . and the problem was resolved .. 
I wrote back to thank them for a complete and concise reply, and said how much I appreciated it.
The next day I had a response:
"We are looking into the problem and will contact you with a solution as soon as possible."
