Integrade with PE

Hi guys I'm kinda new here and I just want to know if there is any way I can integrade one of these login skins to a XP cd using nLite or something. and if there is a way where would the loging screen go? I thought it be kinda kool if I can install my OS with my logo and stuff on it

Licensing might be an issue.
