Easier or too complicated?

I was thinking.. wouldn't it be cool if there was one product, in which you could create skins for all stardock products?
Like, having the SkinStudio interface at the start, and then choosing from create new: WindowBlinds, IconPackage, Dock, Logon, BootScreen, etc.
That would make things a lot easier (i think). Even though I don't make skins

Yes, it would be not bad, but it is impossible....
At least some products to unite in one:
