Can you be a little more specific? I didn't think OD had a software development kit.

Ah, I don't think that has anything to do with OD displaying flyout menus. Only the Plus version will have flyout menus, not the free version (as the page says).
Are you using the free version?
I didn't even know there was an SDK til just now.

I am using plus version,but i wanna make some docklets with flyout menus myself.
