Tray and currently running windows

Is there any way to make a dock that can display both my system tray items and windows that are open in the same dock, at the moment it is either one or the other

Do you have OD Plus, purchased version. If so it can only be done on a tabbed dock. Right click tabbed dock, Tab settings, Tabs and Styles, select tray and taskbar from Tabs list.

You can have them both in the Tabbed Dock by setting up one tab for Taskbar and one for System Tray.
