Hey

Can someone make a playboy skin/theme in XP to me?

I'm thinking a playboy bunnie in the startmenu or somthing?
And the color could be purple, pink you know the playboy colors..

It would be great..

I made a Playboy skin a while back and was not able to upload for lack of permission.

I even had a wonderful person helping me in to get permission granted. Thus "Couldabin". Hey, why waste a whole WB.

It's always possible to make a skin very Playboy like without using anything that might conflict with their copyright images.
It's also possible to post a tutorial about replacing specific images in SKS.

The Playboy bunny image is a logo/trademark and cannot be classed as fair use or fan art.

Such organisations tend to defend their copyright with much vigour due to the considerable financial value such trademarks have.

here's a thought. it might be infringement, but if it is an actual photo of a rabbit's head, wearing a bowtie or even not,and photomanipulate the ear to flop slightly forward... can you use a photo in wb skin bmp?
well it would make a cute wall if you could get it right..call it playahboy or something.
make a tuxedo skin, or a pink skin to compliment it. and a bowtie can be used for start button.
a bunny tail or three for min/max/close buttons etc and so on.
those things are generic and cannot be considered "PlayBoy" copyright if done in such a way can they?
or am I just opening up a can of worms I should leave for fishing??

Now that sounds like a great theme Wizard1956.

I'm sure you could do w/o the bunny logo and still make the theme work or perhaps a Bond theme with the sexy girls
