Help With Glass Parts In A skin?

Ok I Am makeing a glass skin. I was wondering if I have a glass part added, THat will be default unless the users pc cant handle it? RIght
Next How do I get the folders bar back to be glass alon with the favorites section on explorer. This is in vista of course. Thanks.

If the users PC cannot handle glass then the default (non-glass) image will be substituted.
The folders bar can be made as a glass image, however the white folder 'area' and favortites area cannot be.

The folder bar can be changed in SK6 under: Edit Explorer/IE shell Parts; Edit Vista Explorer Parts; Second choice down. However...I have not been able to figure out how to change font style, color, or size, in the Favorites or folder window. Does anybody know if this is possible and or how?
