Top 1 Yearling

What does that mean?

Sunday, May 25, 2008 by RadialFX | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I was looking on my site and I have an award calle " Top 1 Yearling". Since I've been a member since 2001 I know it's not that. I actually think it's been a year or so since I've submitted anything new, so it could be that? Hmmmmm just wondering. Anyone know? Thanks, RAD

I don't think anyone knows what all those awards mean, even Stardock themselves.

I think it's present in the accounts of people who joined in WC's first year.

I think someone at Stardock knows but the site seems to not know how to properly award them.

There is Top 1 Yearling, Top 2 Veteran and Top 3 Elder. Common sense would say they are based on time you are a member and or subscriber.?!

There seems to be not much rhyme or reason to them, Bebi and I, members since 2004, are both Top 3 Elders, RadialFX here since 2001 still a Yearling.

If they are set to be automatically awarded, shouldn't someone be able to look in to the database to find out what the criteria are to get them?

I've been here since Jan 2002 and I'am a top 3 elder.

Starone joined july 2001 and is also a top 3 elder.

So I'd say that when ya joined can't be what they mean.

From what I found looking at different members it has nothing to do with how long you have been here, how many skins or title.

One heck of a question RaialFX! You deserve a prize.

So if Top Yearlings aren't studs yet, does that mean Top Elders once were studs???

Oooooh, I don't think so starkers. By that, it would imply that they are now.....duds? I think once a stud always a stud. Yup, I like the sounds of that! That's what I'm gonna go with.
