Start menu animation sticks

I have WindowBlinds only and I have loaded on a theme that came with
the program. It is called "Molten". Everything works fine so far apart
from the start menu; the animation of the dragon doesn't disappear when
the start menu closes. Here are some screenies to explain further:
Start menu open (I have whited out my programs list)
Start menu closed
Obviously this is really annoying, as it stays on top of all other windows (excluding task manager) and blocks my view, although I can still click through it.
Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone know how to fix it? Suggestions are welcome ;]

P.S. Here are the specs from WB (I am running Windows XP)
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.0 (build 32 x86)
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family

uninstall it. clean the registry. reboot. scan your system thoroughly for any type of malware.
then either download a valid trial (won't work if you had a trial on there before - reinstalling the trial doesn't start it over) or purchase it.
