Move Vertical Scrollbars to the left

hello,
I use windows blinds on my tablet pc and was wondering if there was a setting to move the vertical scrollbars to the left-hand side of their windows (not just in Firefox, but in all my windows apps).
Even though it may be a pain in the *arse* but I'm left-handed and making this switch would be a big help for when I'm using tablet mode.
I'm new to these forums even though I've been using window blinds, object dock and login studio for some time now.

Scrollbar positions are set by the OS and if you set windows to run in a language that is read from right to left rather that left to right, the scrollbars automatically appear on the left. If windows blinds doesn't reach that 'deeply' into the OS, then I'll have to visit Windows directly.
