theme application failure for windowblinds 6.1

no matter what theme i choose in the trial mode configurator
i always end up with the windows classic theme
even the original themes that came default with windowblinds dont work either
i have tried reinstalling windowblinds but it didnt help

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC

anyhelp would be much appreciated and if it works i would definitly buy the software because i totally hate the default windows theme

Time to uninstall or purchase.
