Windows Blinds Will not work at all.

I really need help on this guys. I have no clue what to do. I have tried everything. Reinstalling my graphoics driver updateing it uninstalling windows blinds and reinstalling many times. MANY TIMES. It is seriously so frustrating. The thing is...
It will work fine for a while.. But when i restart my computer about every other time or every two times.. It wont work. I will start my pc and it will have diamond applied as half of the skin and the rest is the skin that is supposed to be applied? Then I go into the wbconfig and cant appy anything. Double clicking wont work, apply my changes wont work. it simply will not apply anything or even show the splash screen for applying something.
One thing i have noticed that didnt happen before is when i install it.. a windows of ms dos pos up and shows what it is doing. Not long enough for me to catch anything exect a little? It does this when i unistall and when i install. There is nothing else i can figure out. I really hope that someone can help me with this. Without windows blinds how can i make skins? It really sucks. once you start skinning you never go back. LOL Please please help me.

I'm think that's the calc thing to add permissions for all users

You can start by posting the System info from WB Config. If you haven't already done so, submit a support ticket to [email protected] and link this forum post.
