Unable to Download WB6 from SDC.

Hi, I had to redownload all my stuff from SD Central again and all was well until WB6 because it just kept red'loading the file over and over again. I read somewhere to use Impulse for your d'loads, so I downloaded the programme, but I could not see how you could download it without paying,--no thanks, already paid my dues. Any help would be appreciated.
