windowblind question ?

hi all, in a windowblind,on the start panel, the words "ALL PROGRAMS". when mouse over it turns black. what can be done to correct this? .....thank you

the diabled collor in the classic colors sec. is actually what is showing through!

ok, i never use toolbar or extenstions. i only use and install wb only. so where is this classic color setting? ...thanks guys 
.EDIT: this shadow doesn't appear in internet explorer. it only appears in windows...EDIT:..i opened up control panel again and played with the toolbar setting. when the "no text" is selected the grey shadow disappears. when "showtext" is selected there are shadows on both arrows and view. when "selective text on right" is selected this is what is shown in the screenshot above. i still would like to know though how to fix this. like i said, i use no add-on toolbars or anything.....thanks guys

vStyler is right he hlped me fix this in my Silex WB !It has to do with the toolbar button and the diabled collor in the classic colors sec.
