Fly-out menus (problems)

Maybe someone can help me...
In working with the fly-out menus, I have a persistant problem. When I click on an icon so that the fly-out menu can show AND when I move the cursor towards the fly-out menu selection, well then, the fly-out menu disappears and so I cannot launch anything in it. What could be causing this? Is there something I overlooked in the settings? Is it a "bug" that needs fixing? Just what exactly is the correct understanding about this persistant behavior? At this point, the fly-out menus are useless to me... and I really want to use them! Any suggestions...??!!

This occurs for any type of docklet for ObjectDock PLUS (on my system); currently running Vista Home Premium. Any type of fly-outs manifest the same problem.
I completely removed those fly-out menus and re-made them. I also tried to remove shortcuts individually - and the problem persists... can't figure why it's doing that...

I use the free version(and love it) and these. WWW Link Sorry I can't be more help with the +version. Failing that I would suggest contacting support@ stardock.com. Very good people, they'll fix you up.
