Report Post is coming back in a future update.
Rate Post is being reevaluated. We have some better ideas.
Edit I'm unsure of, I'll have to check.

I asked about the edit button at lunch today... here's the scoop...
You can only edit a post if...
- Your post is the last one in the thread. If someone posts after you, you can no longer edit.
- It is less than 10min since you made the post. This gives you a window of time to correct typos, major errors etc.
This is to prevent people from going back and revising history. Editing a nasty comment then later claiming that they never said something.

This has been the case for some years, however if there's a legitimate reason for wanting an edit let me know....and it can be done for you.
'Legitimate reason' would be to correct 'dangerous' information posted in error....like "format C will not wipe your harddrive...just do it" ....
