Mouse cursor at logon (XP)

Monday, April 7, 2008 by bartthman | Discussion: Windows XP

I know that you can change the logon screen if you replace the logonui.exe and logoff.exe in system32. But is there a *.exe that changes the mouse cursor theme to? I'm asking bescause I have a Vista theme on my logon screen wich I want to delete and use default XP logon again. I have another computer so I can just copy the mouse cursor program and replace it if you guys know wich one it is.

I'd suggest just using LogonStudio and CursorFX instead of hacking those files, That way it's safer and easier to change/revert back to the default.
