My ISP is Sky, the folks who bring TV to most of the UK. Last year they moved everyone onto a new e-mail system which required you to logon to change settings... all on the same day, causing the site to be locked solid for days 
The lastest cock-up? The new mail has a spam filter. What is the spam filter picking up? Yeah, you guessed it, all mail from Sky... 
What a bunch of tossers.
