Branding on Details Pane

I did a search but couldn't find this addressed. Is there anyway to remove the branding on the right side of the details pane (info pane) in explorer in vista?

Sorry Fuzzy...... that image is not the overlay. I can't get rid of it either (
I haven't posted a question about this because I'm not finished with my skin yet and I hoped I'd figure it out eventually

Check out the Luster windowblind by mikeb314 (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=4592&libid=1). From the screenshot it seems he figured it out. Or is it just my imagination? Maybe he can let us know how he did it?

I wish I knew why that little swoosh thing disappears from time to time, but it seems to happen randomly to me. I didn't do anything on purpose to remove it. When I load up Luster now, I see it there. I guess it just happened to be hiding when I made that Luster screenshot.

I wonder if it's due to it being transparent? At any rate it would be cool to add support to skin it or even remove the branding.
