What is going on

Can the powers to be explain this please -- I just checked my e-mail box after a three day lapse and it contains 22 messages from Wincustomize.com all reading the same thing and I quote 'The skin comments for Rise of Mezzanine Vista at Wincustomize.com have been updated since your last visit'. Two were sent today, 13 on Monday and 7 on Sunday -- Wow talk about super spamming 
anyway if someone can shed some light on this, I'd be delighted to find out the reason.
