Explorer closes after clicking the TaskBar

Hi, I'm running WB on XP Build 2600.xpsp.080212-005. When I right click the Task Bar, explorer simply restarts. Is there any advice available? Thanks for any help.
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.1 (build 51 x86)
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC

& what you've done since that's made the taskbar thing happen ,as Bichur recomeneded disable NVIEW (nvidia's graphical adjustment software called "nividea nview desktop manager" , my next step if that's already disabled would be a spyware scan & virus other than that there's not much else to go on.ps:actually there is something else: two words-
