Ratings button?

I seem to remember some discussion during to site upgrade posts about moving the ratings away from the download button. It seemed to be a popular idea. I still have occasional problems with hitting an unintentioned low score as I was trying to hit the download button. Is this a dead issue or something that may be in the works for the future?

If you accidentally mis-rate you can re-rate. Only your last rating sticks.

Weird thing...I've always been able to rate skins before, but now I get the message that only apprentices and subscribers can rate skins... I am both of those.

Starkers, delete your cache, log out and then back in...........seems like I have to do it almost every day now but it works
