Probably just the way Quentin did it...![]()
Maybe the only negative to this is if the skinner creates ALL those different resolutions it is ONLY practical to put them in separate uploads, thus looking like it unfairly dominates the new uploads.
Converely, only upping two [big] resolutions...for normal and wide is fine for some, but not everyone is comfortable with a graphics proggy...resizing images to suit their particular [odd] screensize.
Sure, some [like me] don't really car what size/proportion a wall is...if they like it they'll go the extra yards to 'make it fit'...![]()

Which is why I think uploading the largest practical size for each ratio would be easier, thus using that size to scale down to whichever resolution a person is running (that's how interfacelift does it).
16:9 (widescreen): 2650x1600 (for use with 1920x1200, 1680x1050, 1440x900, 1280x800, etc)
4:3 (fullscreen): 1600x1200 (for use with 1280x960, 1024x768, etc)
5:4: (fullscreen): 1280x1024 (this one is an odd ratio, doesn't quite scale down from either widescreen or full screen accurately)
So in the end, only 3 files and should cut down the overall package filesize.

for single monitor setups......
3 more for dual
3 more for triple
3 more for quad..... )

..... this is also the way I see it. Or if they do not know how, they can ask, or ask for the size emailed, since going to a personal gallery may be too much trouble to pick up that odd size.
16:9 (widescreen): 2650x1600 (for use with 1920x1200, 1680x1050, 1440x900, 1280x800, etc)

....When I create a wallpaper, I do so now at 1920x1200. Many times I go to great lengths to make it fit properly in the fullscreen 1600x1200. I'm not talking about rendering an apophysis, because those can be rendered in any given size. So for the dual, triple and quad...and could be someone will have a row of monitors like Circuit City

Well...in that case, break them up into 2 packs: Single Screen, Multiple Screen.

_5760x1200
_4800x1200
_3840x1024

_2560x1024
_3200x1200
_5120x1600

that's only the high one for each ratios. = 9 walls total 6Mo in the best case.
I think pack them in single and multiple screen would be ok for some. But honestly as i said before i prefer see what i'll dld before and a triple or dual or widescreen is really not done the same way in general than a fullscreen and differe from the artistes.
And that way you'll get a single screen pack at around 1 Mo and the second at 5Mo (or higher if you take the time to make the Quadscreen)

Well if I was wrong that have loaded my wall again. In the future it will be normal if I shall load all these: Fullscreen, Widescreen, Dualscreen, Triplescreen? And if others begin to do too I most that suspect to the main page will be a current of work of 2 people...
(nothing against you Quentin94)
