Can Windowblinds alter the colour of windows *contents*?

I have a user that requires a specific set of colours in order to be able to read the screen. This should be fine, because I can edit the standard windows appearance settings and any accessible app will pick up on it just fine.
The problem is, one of the apps we use here for some in-house databases is FileMaker (specifically, FileMaker 9.0), and it doesn't pick up on Windows' colour settings.
I managed to work around the issue to an extent, by using the Intel graphics driver to horribly mess up the RGB gamma ramps so that the colours in FileMaker are now readable to the staff member in question. The problem is, the colours of every other app or website are now close to unusable.
What I really need is the ability to recolourise (is that a word?) the contents of one specific window/application, while leaving the rest of the OS "normal" (or at least picking up the standard Windows colours).
I realise this is a pretty strange thing to require, but I have to do absolutely everything I can to accommodate the staff member in order to avoid any potential issues under the Disability Discrimination Act.

You could use WB on JUST that APP.... and exclude everything else from being skinned (via wbconfig) however, your at the mercy of whatever colors the WB that is applied is using for Classic colors. (which are used, once application's are excluded)
Unfortunately, some of the classic colors define the look of the WB.. so.. realistically..using WB.. it's gonna be a stretch.

Its unlikely WB can help you with this prog.
But,you can check the preferences of the prog to see if it has a 'use windows colors or visual style'
or possibly a registry setting for the window(workspace) color.(hard to track down)
Or dump the app and get another.

Thanks for the responses! I'm evaluating WB at the moment, but the trial version doesn't expose the re-colouring controls for skins. The problem is that, while WB can merrily reskin the window border and native controls, the owner-drawn contents of the window aren't affected. What I'm really looking for is some sort of overlay that can alter the colouration of non-native controls, which I don't think will be possible.

Font re-coloring can be done using SkinStudio, a free download from Stardock. You'd need to open the skin in question in SkinStudio, modify the font colors as desired, then save the skin and re-apply it. Not sure if doing all that will meet your objective, but just in case.
