Help with Vision Theme by adni18

I just bought the Vision Theme by adni18. After downloading
the zip file I found there two file with .DXTHEME extension. I don’t know what
to do with the file or if I need third party software to use this file. I am totally
new in this and overwhelmed by all the applications. Please let me know what I
need to do to put this beautiful theme in my desktop
