Trying to find a skin

Hey guys.
I reformatted my computer recently, and I really need help trying to find a skin I was using for a program I believe called Rainmeter and Rainlendar.
It's the skin that displays the CPU settings, caldendar and all that stuff.
If anyone can link me to download it again, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
