I can't get anything except bootskins to upload

Hi, I'm rather new to the forums and site, and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I've tried on a few computers and with a few browsers to upload my Cursors, Object Dock, and Sysmetrix. Yes they are all the right type of files, yes its uploading the preview image, but then it tells me "you must submit a skin file" EVERY time i try to upload.. its getting really annoying really quick. Also, I notice for cursorFX it still says (.curxptheme) next to the file type to upload, so I just assume thats why my cursors wont upload, but neither will anything else EXCEPT for my bootskin I uploaded.
On a side note: How do i change "My Desktop" image in my account?
heres the error msg btw "Your skin has failed to upload.
When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted."

And what do you mean what URL? This one? lol.. I click on Add to gallery on the side menu, I try going through my account to add skin, etc.

hmm.. that's weird.. especially since I tried on 4 comps and that many browsers lol
