Does anybody know why it tiles and not stretches?

in Skinstudio6 the bottom border (per pixel frames) doesn´t stretch but tile the middle section (neither with setting stretch middle section nor with stretch horz middle section) . In the preview it´s ok but not in "reality". Tried different settings. Does anybody know what to do?
