Not sure if many here know that I work at Walmart but I do. I'm a Cashier. Today I sold a copy of Sins Of A Solar Empire. I didn't know we had Stardock games at Walmart! It was pretty cool to sell a game that had the Stardock logo on it!

Too bad Object Desktop isn't at Walmart. It's not even on Amazon. It's to great to not be more places.

Furthermroe . .if you buy it from Stardock they have all that much more money to invest in people (and thus, projects) for us all.

Kudos to SD for making its mark in the gaming world. 
While it would be neat to again see a product in stores whose developers I chat with, (I have before and still do when browsing the games section).I would not really want to see object desktop on shelves. Unlike a PS2 game which needs to be physically in the console to run, SD's Customization software does not. If they started mass producing OBDNT CDroms for stores I would probably expect a cost increase, higher over head=increased prices.

Well I dunno if this compares to seeing "Sins" at Walmart, but I saw "Galactic Civilizations in a PC store down in Tassie (Oz).

Just yesterday I saw the GalCiv II DreadLords game in the city....first time I have seen ANYTHING Stardock outside of my joint....

I see Stardock products all the time, mostly games though. I'm in NY and there's this store called J&r. it's a store with 4 floors and there's a floor dedicated for games only so i went to the PC games sections and i saw a whole bunch of games with the Stardock logo. i was impressed, i didn't even know that stardock sells it's games in retail stores.
Oh and some Gamestop stores also sell it too, at least around where i live.

I remember seeing GalCiv in GameStop stores around home. What I remember the most was that GalCiv would always sit next to the Master of Orion games. Competitors like Pepsi and Coke
