Windowblinds is not working after reboot

After I install windowblinds6, the program will start up normally and I am able to choose a theme and everything is alright (before reboot)... Well everything is alright until I actually restart my PC. After I restart, whenever i try to open windowblinds I get a window that says "This machine MUST be rebooted after installing this version of WB6" and theres options to reboot now, reboot later, or "use additional process" which might resolve the problem (and doesnt).
I've uninstalled countless times and reinstalled countless times without stardock central and with stardock central. No matter what I get this issue.
I ran a registry cleaner, and even tried to manually delete any registry (that I could find) related to windowblinds but nothing has worked.
Would anyone know resolution to this problem? Been spending hours trying to fix this and have only been getting frustrated.

Ok seems as if everyone has been asleep for the while but anyways, I have an update. If I go into the windowblinds directory in program files and open up "WBInstall32.exe" I can then open up windowblinds. The problem after this is, I really wouldn't want to have to do this after every time i start up my PC. Anyway, hoping that this lead could help diagnose the problem by having someone with more knowledge of the situation come up with a fix >,<

Ok, I just opened up MSconfig and in the "Services" tab there is a check mark for "Stardock Windowblinds", however it is currently Stopped under the status. Perhaps if I could get it to start running again, this Reboot problem could be fixed after all. Ill get back to this On another note, is WBInstall.exe a task that should always be running?

In the Windowblinds configuration, click on the System Info tab and paste that information into a reply.

Try ODNT Component Zapper to remove all parts of WB then reboot, defrag and reinstall this may help.. ODNT Component Zapper Remember to backup any WB's you want saved..

disable nview. it doesn't play nice with Windowblinds.

It looks like you're running WindowBlinds on XP. Only Vista has the service installed, so this may be why the service is unable to be run -- because it was written for a different OS.

The message you're encountering is primarily caused by Antivirus/Antispyware applications that prevent WindowBlinds from starting up properly. You will need to ensure these are not running at startup after the first reboot after the install.

You know what, that really rings a bell. It was after I ran Panda Activescan Pro did I start getting this problem. The only thing related to this which I am able to disable is in System Configuration Utility under WIN.INI. If you aren't sure what active scan is, its an online virus scan, not an actual application on my PC. Other than this I don't have anti-virus/spyware installed (believe it or not) Maybe after disabling the stuff in the SCU all antivirus/spyware problems should be gone. Otherwise I have to find out what to disable from the pandasecurity site EDIT -Well im out of Ideas. Cant seem to find anyway to fix this. I dont have antivirus or antispyware , so that shouldnt be the problem. The only thing thats gonna get this working for me is opening WBInstall32.exe everytime, which is rather stupid since it would make more sense for the themes to load up when the PC does. Maybe if I could find a way to get the WBInstall32.exe to load upon startup i should be fine.

Sometimes an online active scan will leave behind apart of itself for later ID...I think...anyway...this happened to me once and I had to get rid of the online scan thing altogether. Do a search for anything that refers to Panda Pro and remove it. That should help.

Update

I am most sure the problem with why Windowblinds wont work is because of antiwpa.dll. That sucks because I need this file to log on windows. Meh time to find a work around
