wierd hide window thing

k well i have been changing skins around and i realy found one i like but it doesnt come with a feature that was on my other one i dont realy know how to describe it other then when u would right click the top part the window would shrink into the top part so that all u would have is it i was wondering (that is if u understood that lol) if u could either tell me how to merge that into my skin or a program i can dl to do it
