Cant add docklet in Vista.

I have a working XP install of OD but to test a docklet im working on i installed on vista and i cant add any docklets to the dock, they just dont show up in the list in the add menu.

Yes all the default ones are there, its 1.9. On XP i have OD+ but i didnt want to activate it on vista (its the same computer) i didnt know if it would void my xp version.

I just tried editing a theme file and adding the docklet in there manually and loading the theme and it works fine except no new docklets.

What version and build of OD (or OD+)?
