When you have lets say 50 icons on you're desktop, you have right click your desktip and click list so they are all lined up in the top left corner of the screen. or an example would be when you switch from "classic view" to "icon view" to "thumbnail view" then you have the options to clikc "List"???does that make sensE? lol

no i have 10 icons but they are huge. i want them to be in the list form. one under the other under the other. if you open a music folder and right click the screen you can put them in "list" thats what i want for my desktop.

You can't do that directly with windows. You need some type of shell replacement. DesktopX can do this. You can find it here. Has a free trial too.
