How do I install new backgrounds after I download them?

Can anyone help me? Please tell me how to install and use new backgrounds after i download them?

If you download docks from My gallery of docks they must be placed in the Programs/Stardock/Objectdock/backgrounds folder in order for the custom Plus/Minus images to work. You can see the images I'm speaking of in the screenshots for my docks.

Then open the tabs or docks configuration window and change the backgrounds in the appearance section.
