Easy free way to change all my icons?

I downloaded an icon set that I like. How can I change all my folders to it with out paying for anything. I want a program that will change them all for me so I don't have to manually change thousands of folders.

IconTweaker but, it's no where near what IP is. If you can edit xml then you can expand it I guess?

It's coming...mind you he's had that notice up since April of Last Year.
