IconX States Tab not working

I have tried disabling the skin on this progran but the states tab still refuses to show anything, it is just a blank page but sometimes I can see options when moving my mouse around the blank area.
Anyone seen this problem before?

Hello Zubaz, No it doesn't work when Windoblinds is unloaded, version number is 1.11.008, running Windoas XP SP3.
All other tabs work, just the slates tab!

Hmmm . . on my XP and same version (SP2) it's working fine. Might be an issue with the SP.

Only ever had it with SP3 and nope, it's never been right!

Does it work when WB is unloaded (when windows default is set)?
