Just Got Plus What Update?

I just got Plus now what update is out there? I am running 535u

Install Stardock Central and you can get up to 190a build 538u

Make sure you uninstall the trial first before installing Plus. The two will have conflicts.

I did uninstall it. Stardock Central only found 537u Beta

my stardock central doesn't find any updates. i have 535u currently and when i search for updates none are found. any idea's?

Make sure your User acc is the right e mail you used to buy it. also its under Misc. All i have is Beta 1.90i(.020

When you purchase this you would think you would be able to download the latest version?

You need to make sure that you have Microsoft.NET2.0 or higher for stardock central to function correctly,you would be best to check by using windows update as .NET is an optional download & i don't think autoupdate will install it.To get the latest build of any software thru SDC,make sure you have the two boxes checked at the very bottom "show prelease" & "auto archive"

You can get the most recent release (except beta) by requesting the email with the links & serials to download,i can't remember the correct name or how you get it but i'm sure someone will provide the link for you.

EDIT: Hey Zubaz or should that be the zubemeister , you don't know where that link to get the emails is do you

hm that wierd -Stardock central says 190ibeta 020 - but on the about screen of the dock itself 190 537u

So if I upgrade to Plus it won't install over the free version? If this is so how do I maintain my settings, downloaded backgrounds/icons, and configuration? Won't uninstalling the free version also uninstall all of these (bundled images and such)? Thanks for your time.

If you right click and go into settings then general on the bottom right hand there will be a save button. Back up that file then remove the free version. Restart to clear the cache then install plus and import your old settings. Also be sure to back up any extra images you might have downloaded. If you get stuck let us know at [email protected].
