3rd WC Community Contest Announced. Get those skins ready

We've organized several contests in the past few years. Maxthon, Dreams, Icons, and of course the GUI Champs. The one thing to keep in mind is that all of these were planned, organized and executed by WinCustomize and its staff. While these contests tend to have great prizes, there isn't a whole lot of opportunity for community involvement. We run them, you submit skins, we judge and award prizes... contest ends.
Well, community member BX has stepped up to organize a community-driven contest. Prizes, judging, organization etc are all being handled by members of the community.

Really, no questions from anyone. I guess all the folks that plan to submit entries to the contest must be getting a head start.

Just think of all the new skins the community will have to customize their desktop with.
