Real Player Not Working

Hi
Facts:
Location: Singapore
HW: IBM Thinkpad Laptop R52
SW: My OS is Win XP (SP2)
Browser is Firefox 2.0.0.9
I have recently added ObjectDock (which shall give Mac look to WinXP)
When I was accessing a site which streams live TV using Real Player plug-in. It still says instal plug-ins. Earlier I was able to view the IPTV using Real Player thru Firefox Browser. And when it prompted to install Real Player I downloaded and tried to install.
And when I am trying to install real player, after installing about 3% it notifies that
"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured becos the DLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying hte DLL should be contacted for a new DLL."
Query:
I wish to resolve this problem without uninstalling the ObjectDock program. Can anyone advise me please ?
