Why does Windowsblinds not skin the volume and clock calendar in Vista?
This makes me mad!

The borders of the clock and volume windows on Vista can be skinned if the skin supports the right section (see non captioned window edge in SKS6)

Good question though. I'd assume it's because those two apps do not follow the same rules as the rest of the GUI. Bad Microsoft!
