IconPackager not loading Icons

Hi when I go install a new icin set I get this:
Wondering if someone might know what coild be wrong?

Does it do that for all icon sets or some specifically over others? If single packages which ones?

It does it any one I downlaod or try to load.

i have the same exact error... and i just purchased windows blinds 6.0, as well as this icon packager...
i can access the default icon packager ones, but i cannot install any new ones...

I was able to use IP a while back/I put in a new harddrive a few months ago an now just found IP an it wont install any packs.Ive been useing stardock products for a while now an cant figure out why any of the icon packages wont install.The default ones that come with it work.
