Well, after failing miserably last year at this time I am going to try quit smoking again..
I am using nicoderm CQ patches and will power.

Bravo...BTW that was a good link about craving, Alrenative Setting.
Cheers Drjo622 - I gave up after 30+ yrs of it. I think something that can help a person focus on dealing with 3 mins rather than 3 hours or days etc., can be a useful read.
Congrats John on making it through 3 weeks & continued best wishes as you head towards completing this first month.

Hey vStyler, I too had to quit. Had life long addiction problems from a young age. Last to go was the smokes. Started quitting in 1999. Became 100% smoke free in 2000. Had a brief relapse in 2001 and then remembered the difficulties and persistent effort it took to quit AND THAT DID IT. Smoke free ever since. Good luck and Don't Give Up! You can do it.
