IS ANYONE ELES HAVING THIS PROBLEM..???

Friday, December 28, 2007 by RoseNell | Discussion: Skinning

All of a sudden my Cursor FX is sticking on the pages, no matter what site I am on.

I was working fine ever since I bought it. But it seems the problem started in the last two days.

Just wondering if anyone eles is having problems.

Uninstalled it and cleaned my computer with cClearner and Registry Mechanic and then reinstalled it and I am still having the problem...

Thanks

*RoseNell spends the next couple of hours looking for the battery compartment...then sees the cord connected to her PC and curses Fuzzy under her breath cos it's not a cordless mouse.

People still use mice with tails??? How primative

Rose has been gone a long time, do you think she's gone out to buy batteries?

Either that or she is trying to get the RED off her face!

is it a tracball or regular mouse,optical/lazer or roller ball style mouse? older mice have a ball under neath that roll around and spin 2rollers each regulating right and left movement.. if these are dirty the mouse will stager and stop.. Optical/lazer mice are the same.. if dirt or lint get in to the optical pickup it will do the same as above

I seriously thought she was on to that and then...
No batteries... How funny

I hope your prob gets ironed out RoseNell. I've got a TracBall and like HG said, I find I have to pop the ball out every couple of days, wipe out where the ball sits, especially around the little points that hold the ball in place and then wipe the ball off. You'd be scared at what comes out...After doing that the mouse goes from hanging up and jerking around on the screen to moving fast and smooth.
